Tiger Paws - RIP, 2022
To Tiger Paws: You were there for me when my husband died. Crawled up next to me when I cried. When Buster went you felt it too, even knowing the Rainbow Bridge is cool. Our friend of friends was sorely missed, but together, you & I, we made it through. God's got a lot of comforting to do, now that there is no more you; I know it's better, I felt your pain so run free little buddy till we're together again. -Nancy Mauseth

Bear Bear RIP
"I said goodbye to my sweet, loyal, & lovable Bear Bear. He couldn't fight through the lymphoma anymore. I told him he was going to go see his sister, Mya. I hope they do find their way to each other across that rainbow bridge. I am thankful for the 5 years I was able to give him a 2nd life, & thank the All American Dachshund Rescue for bringing him to me. Love you forever bubby"!!❤️❤️

Mugsy RIP
Although Mugsy was a Maltese, he always considered himself to be a “Doxie by Proxy”. We adopted Mugsy Malone in 2018 from the AADR. His name then was Sno. As a rescue, we were unsure about his age, but figured he was between 8 to 10 years old. I first met Mugsy when I transported him by myself from the Halfway House to Michigan to be fostered. We stayed in a motel in Indianapolis overnight and I found that he loved to retrieve his toy. I fell in love with him then, but was unable to adopt at that time since I had an old dog at home and felt that it was unfair to bring a new dog into the house. Since he harassed the Michigan foster Mom’s cat, he was transported to Wisconsin to another foster home. At the same time, my old dog passed away. Well, I had to adopt Mugsy then. Mugsy was a lively little dog who loved to retrieve his toys and take walks. He was my constant companion and followed me wherever I went in the house. His behavior became stranger over the last two weeks of his life and it became necessary to send him over the Rainbow Bridge. He will be sorely missed as he was always a delight to our home. Charlie Floyd RIP
Charlie Floyd July 22, 2007 -- September 29, 2022 From the first day I met you (as Waldo) our hearts bonded, and you became my sweet Charlie. Through snuggles, play, and sitting in a sunny spot together, I now hold memories of 15 years of shared joy. I am grateful for your sweetness and your faithfulness. You have a place forever in the fabric of my heart. (Joan F) I was not sure what pictures to include, so you have your choice! I am also attaching the full Blessing for Charlie and a Closing Prayer for myself. I read these as I held Charlie and said goodbye to him. Blessings, Joan

Sadie RIP 10-3-22
It is part of the deal… you make when you bring them home. You do not get to keep them forever… it is a lease. With great love comes great pain, and that is what you sign up for. I know all that, but I am selfish and 13.5 years 12.5 spent with us… was not long enough. My angel was tired though , and it was her time… but I am selfish Melani Andres
