Hi, my name is Pumpkin! I am a very happy, easy going girl. I love living with my foster mom and brother, along with my foster cats and doxie sister but I am really excited about finding my forever home! My foster mom has accused me of getting into her makeup and using her eyeliner but my eyes are naturally this beautiful. I love to play with my step doxie sister but I also like to cuddle with my foster mom. I do need to lose a pound or two, but no more than that. I don't think losing it will be an issue because I love to take long walks. If you're looking for lots of unconditional love and kisses, then I'm your girl!

AADR does not recommend dachshunds for families with children under 5, or families planning to have children during the dog's lifetime. Dachshunds are often not patient with little kids, and kids can accidentally hurt a dachshund's back or get bitten.
