Meet Mr Wonderful! Joey has to be the happiest, healthiest, most fun-loving dachshund I've met in a long time. He's a sturdy little guy with tons of energy- take him jogging, or let the kids play with him all day- his tail never stops wagging! He's just enough of a guard dog to let you know when someone is approaching, but he's not obnoxious about it. And when it's time to settle down and relax, he'll snuggle up with you all you want.
He plays well with his other foster brothers and sisters, and is just an all around great dog! No issues with housebreaking, does not chew, just wants to love his new owners and be loved in return. I told you he's Wonderful!

Dachshunds are often not patient with little kids, and kids can accidentally hurt a dachshund's back or get bitten. Please don't let the distance stand in your way of finding your newest best friend.
