BIO:
Hi! This is Cabella checking in. I am at a new foster home and doing really great. I love, love to be outside playing in the leaves. My favorite things are rolling around in the leaves and trying to chase the squirrels. Those little things are really fast and up the tree before I can get them. My foster mommy does not have a fenced in yard so I go outside on a lease, which I am getting really good at. If the weather is pretty I get to play outside in the Xpen which foster mommy has 3 of them connected together. But the best thing ever is the tie out this way I get to run around on a long line and smell all of the different things in the air. Did I tell you my foster mommy has lots of deer that come and eat the acorns in the backyard! My foster sisters and I love to sit at the French door and bark at them and make lots of noise.
Now let’s get to the really good stuff! I have learned so many new things from my foster sisters. I have learned that we don’t jump on people all the time (jumping could really hurt my back). That we wait for our food and not try to eat everyone else’s. That everyone gets feed in order and that when foster mommy says “not yours” that means I have to get in line. I am completely housebroken and very seldom tinkle when I get excited about going outside; I am working on this really hard. I am on a schedule for potty breaks, I go out every couple of hours and that works great. During the day while foster mommy is at work I am contained in the main bathroom with a doggie gate and I have never had an accident. I sleep all night in a crate but I think that the big bed would be even better. I love attention and try to hog it all but foster sisters let me know really fast that we have to share the lap. I have not been around children or cats. Older children would be fine as long as they were respectfully of me. They need to understand that since I am so little that I could be hurt very easy. If needed I can be cat tested. I would love my furever home to have another doggie to play with, if not that is ok I will have all the attention. My training will need to be continued when I find my furever home so that I can be the best dog ever. The life I had before coming to the rescue you were not taught anything except to have puppies, one litter after the other. This is a much better life.
